Makes one wonder if those, like Queen Elizabeth II and various prime ministers, who have added their signatures to documents that impacted with such dire consequences upon the lives of all of us lesser mortals, have ever bothered to read – and understand – what they have signed. If they have – and do – then it’s high time for change.
