Can anybody all so advised me, is there a register for expert witnesses, I believe the expert witness that wrote my wives report, not saying there is anything wrong with it, but he was an elderly retired gentleman that we had to go to his home for my wife’s tests. His name was Mr. Gander, from St Albans, when I researched him on the net he does not possess the qualifications he claims to have.
