Also very important to look into all family, as we could have a Mum and Dad or a Brother and Sister, but it could be someone in our extended family that love Kids. We may have a Brother and Social Services could say that is close family and all they can look into, but they may be close family and may be a Brother or Sister, but that doesn’t mean that they want a Child or Children living with them all the time. However that doesn’t mean they don’t care at all and very much still want your Child back home, but they just can’t offer them a home. So down the line a family member loved Kids and so may not be so close as in Mum, Dad, Brother, Sister, but in fact just loved Kids and would give them a home and take it all on. So as important as Grandparents are, we still need to look at the whole family within all this.
just like treatment being early and a operation should be as a last result, when everything has been done, so should adoption be the same and only a last result after everything has been looked into, but I am afraid from My own experience and hearing many others, that we know now for sure that is not how The Child Care System is working.
