I got a letter in post today from Tom Andrews, Ministerial Correspondence and Public Enquiries. He did thank me for My letter of which I sent to Jeremy Hunt about Yeovil Hospital. However, I hope You will appreciate that the provision of healthcare services is a matter for The NHS locally and the Department of Health does not play a role in investigating individual complaints.

There is a NHS complaints procedure and the first stage is writing to the Patient Experience Manager which he said I have done, as I enclosed a copy of complaint. he said that I should continue raising concerns with the Hospital directly and if not satisfied I may then wish to ask the Health Ombudsman, who is independent of the NHS and of the Government to review the case.

I didn’t expect Jeremy Hunt to in fact do anything, but I just wanted to send out a few copies and also make sure I had done as much as possible and now I have this letter from Tom Andrews from Department of Health, I can now put it away will all the other letter. I have details already about complaints and stages and also about Ombudsman and all that goes on, as I know about it all from Mental Health, Social Services and The Care Proceedings and it’s all very much the same as some will already know who have ever had dealings with any of this.

However I am still going along and still waiting to hear back from Linda Hann, Patient Experience Manager at Yeovil Hospital, as I wrote back to her and then she ask who I wanted within that Meeting and I said both Mr. Foster and Mr. Parker and then next I got a letter dated on the 28 October 2014 from Paul Mears, Chief Executive, saying he had a copy that I sent him and he had discussed it all with Linda Hann and now a Meeting would go ahead with them all and Linda will be in contact to arrange a Meeting that next week to arrange a Meeting. However I still have not heard anything and have given her 2 Weeks now since I got that letter, as I decided not to keep on and let her now contact me, but it I don’t just want to keep on waiting and then find that she send me a letter that I never got and then saying I just never did turn up to any Meeting, as that mistake did happen before when I never got a letter from Mr. Parker at Yeovil Hospital about My out-patient appointment and so I will have to soon end up contacting her again Myself.

It’s just like The care Proceedings and also with The NHS and Government and anything we try and sort out within any of these Case, we in fact just since to go around and round getting nowhere in life and that’s British Justice for You here in this Country and we are better of being Criminal, but never give up trying.
