Thank you for your letter dated 23/04/12
I am sorry you feel that our contact over most of the year has been a waste of time and I hope this new treatment option that you are receiving else where does help treat your mental health condition.
I accept that you do not want to see me currently but want you to be aware that I can continue to offer you support as a Care Coordinator if you want it.
You informed me you had tapes conversations with Myself and Dr. Mann I have discussed this with My Manager and there are some occasions in which we would agree with clients taping sessions for clinical reasons. In this instance we can not see no clinical reason for you to tape conversations and therefore do not consent to conversations being taped.
