However first of all we were within a fight over adoption and foster care and now we were back into a fight over contact, as again Social Services were not going to agree with Dr. Banks. Dr. Banks, saying every 6 Weeks for both Parents supervised and Social Services, saying 2 times per Year for Mum supervised and every 6 Weeks for Dad supervised. So here we go again and last time Social Services were getting they way what with passing at adoption panel. However by that Court Hearing on 5 September 2012, it was decided that we just had contact every other Week and then we were just doing this with family member. As The Guardian said in Court and to us afterwards that Special Guardianship and no Supervision Orders and No Contact Orders.
However by November 2012, it all changed yet again and Final Hearing now not at Family Courts in January 2013, but before Judge Bromilow in March 2013.
I was very tormented by the whole experience and said I was going to look into The case afterwards and go to The Press and I realised afterwards My mistake in not just going along with everything at that time, but My son and I and all of us had suffered so much and I couldn’t believe what goes on and was upset by such a carry on and I think that is normal for anyone who does experience all this. Yet again after Final hearing when before Judge Bromilow in March 2013, I again said how I was going to tell what goes on and go to The Press and all what happen next is on: Parliament should remove certain Judges says John Hemming.
