Dr. J Horsely, Yeovil health centre. Saying and writing down: Urine taking and send into Yeovil Hospital on: 29/5/2014 was posited for Leukoytes, nitrite and protein. Results came back following Week as ecoi.
Dr. J. Horsely Groin pain, I don’t know the cause and currently under Urology for investigations.
Abdominal Pain Heartburn or PPI, gallbladder, under Urology at present.
She had rang me before just after I came out of Yeovil hospital and when I had just had My operation in June 2014 and said that I didn’t need to see her and just deal with Urology, but she would be happy just to see me with any new health problems or new systems. I told her I have not got any new systems and only the same old problems and pain that had been going on a few Years now. However as I couldn’t get to see anyone within Urology at this time and then she rang me and said deal with them, I decided that I was going to see someone and so made an appointment with her on this day and ask her outright and recorded it all and then got her to write it down.
However she still didn’t want to talk about it after that day, but I put details away with other paperwork.
