Within Meeting with Paul Mears, Chief Executive at Yeovil Hospital on the 11 December 2014. It is written clear on page 3 about my first visit to A & E. Page 5, is about when I was taken for ultrasound and also CT Scan. It was then that I heard the word kidney stones for the very first time in my life.
I’m asking all this to be looked into within my complaint letter that Paul Mears has in front of him.
Then on talking about it I said that I remembered a Woman coming in and she said that she worked for Mr. Foster and she said about kidney stones and operation to take it away. Then Mr. Foster said she doesn’t just work for him and they are a team and so I said that I was only saying what she said and that’s I work for Mr. Foster. Then he’s going on again about it’s not just about him and that all of them as a team make decisions.
I went down for that ultrasound when I was in Intensive Care. He went to explain to me and I said that I could remember from when expecting and it was all much the same and going over my stomach. We found it so easy as soon as he started and he said looks like large kidneys stones to both the nurse and Myself and that’s the first time I ever heard it. Then back on ward they said a CT Scan and that had to be looked into and then it was decided for sure it was kidney stones and that I had to have all the right side taken away in an operation.
So then Mr. Foster is showing me this x-ray at that meeting on the 11 December 2014 and saying the operation was a success, but it was not a success at all and those x-rays he was showing me were both under where I still have my stones and within that abdominal x-ray taken and not any kidney x-rays.
Then I get Paul Mears, Chief Executive from Yeovil Hospital now writing on the 22 December 2014, saying sorry A & E send you home first time and sometime that does happen when suffering with kidney stones.
So it is very clear that Paul Mears not only has eyesight problems, as it was all written down in my complain letter in from of him, but he also has earing problems as well, as we talked about it on my tape recording within a conversation for over an hour and Linda Hann, PALS was writing some of it down.
It is clear to me that I first when into A & E and told food poisoning. Then went back and all written notes that I never did have until I requested Hospital Medical Notes and so that is all clear now. Then that Doctor saying to me that they first did think it was gallstones, but it’s kidneys stones when he spoke to me in Intensive Care, so I was just asking to have it looked into, as to why they then decided it was kidney stones and I went under Urology.
Nobody wants to answer these questions and that is what these Bosses are suppose to do and so if we have suffered all this for Months and Months on end and then at last have a Meeting with Managers and they have a complain letter in front of them both and it’s all on recording and they still don’t look into it all and try and cover-up yet again, then that is prove that these Bosses are not at all Transparent or open at all within Yeovil Hospital and are covering-up.
Paul Mears ask me when I first sat down what I wanted from that meeting on the 11 December 2014 and I told him that I was given them the chance and opportunity to look into all this and that is why I wanted Paul Mears there, as I had already had dealings with both Mr. Foster, Urology and Linda Hann, PALS.
