My name is Diem T Nguyen. I am in pro se. Please kindly see my campaign on GoFundMe here, http://www.gofundme.com/k22w4g

I am seeking donations for my campaign here, http://www.gofundme.com/k22w4g in regards to Diem T Nguyen vs. Tom Vo’s Taekwondo Academy , Orange County Superior Court Central Justice Center case number: 30-2013-00683908-CU-BC-CJC

I am also seeking free legal advice on how to effectively appeal and argue the California vexatious litigant statutory. This Court did not agreed with my argument as followed:

A civil action commenced by the complaint is not finally determined until the appeal has been resolved and a petition for review denied, the trial court proceeding, the appeal and the petition for review should properly be considered only one litigation, not three, for purposes of determining whether the plaintiff is a vexatious litigant pursuant to CCP§ 391(b)(1). The “litigation” as defined in CCP§ 391(a) cannot include every procedural step taken
during an action or special proceeding. Shalant v. Girardi (2011) 51 Cal.4th 1164, S182629

If you can help make donation. THat would be great! But if you like to provide me some direction and free legal advice on how to effectively appeal my arguments , that would be much better.

Thanks!
