I wrote my full complaint letter to Linda Hann, PALS on the 3 October 2014 and I got a letter back from her just saying that we could have a meeting and who did I want within that meeting and so I wrote back.

Thank You for your letter which I have now received.
I like things done mostly in writing and that is why I was waiting for a letter, as before I made and did received many phone calls, but it’s not really been a very good way in ever sorting anything out and so I am trying to keep things within writing if possible.
I am happy to meet with you anytime in November 2014. So if you could book an appointment any Afternoon in November and I would like both Mr. Foster and Mr. Parker, as I consider them the main two staff within all this at Yeovil Hospital.
I will leave it up to you for a date that does suit yourself and then write back to me. If Mr. Foster and Mr. Parker are very busy in November, then we could still meet in November and go over my Complaint and things and then have another meeting in December 2014 with both Mr. Foster and Mr. Parker.
Whatever we need to start looking into all this over the next couple of Months before 2015.
I have put any plans on hold now until 2015 and I have decided that I won’t even start planning anything until late January 2015, giving 3 Months from today’s date to now look into all this and then I will after that decide what I am going to do and so I am giving that time between the 27 October – 27 January 2014-2015.
Look forward to hearing from you with a meeting stating from November 2014. Afternoon does suit me the best if possible.

Then I waiting and then I rang and Linda, Hann, PALS said we didn’t need both Mr. Foster and Mr. Parker at meeting, as it would be difficult getting two Consultants together at the same time and also Mr. Foster was the main one in the Urology Department anyway and so then I accepted that it would be just Mr. Foster.
Then on ringing and ringing I got that date and was told it could be on the 28 November 2014 with just Linda Hann, PALS and Mr. Foster, Urology and I could have that appointment in the Afternoon and that is what I really wanted was an Afternoon appointment, but if I wanted to wait for Paul Mears as well, then that couldn’t be until the 11 December 2014 and that could only be an Morning appointment, which was more difficult for me, as I really wanted Afternoon, but then again I did think it was important for Paul Mears to be within meeting and so went with that one on the 11 December 2014 in the Morning.
