I picked Child up from School and spoke with his foster carer, Trish at their home.
I had been ask by our Legal Team to clarify their position with regard to long-term foster care. Trish said that they would defiantly offer long-term care to Child, but would not consider Adopting him. I ask her why, to which Trish said that she is concerned that in time she may not be able to manage his behaviour in time and she would like to know that if this did happen, then she would like to think that later on another Placement could then be found more appropriate for him.
I ask her to think about Special Guardianship and ask them to get back to me.
However it is clear that at The Meeting on the 12 April 2012, they decided no adoption and no Special Guardianship and only foster care, which could be long-term,
So Trish had been saying he had no problems at home and only School had issues with his behaviour and also that we as Parents had had some problems with his behaviour and so nothing does make sense, as she is saying within Case notes that she wants to continue receiving help and support and so would not want to adopt and is not help and support all we ever ask for as Parents in the first place.
Also long-term foster care and support and possibility that if she couldn’t manage anymore, that then another more appropriate Placement could be found and she would be concerned about adolescence.
So No on 16 March 2012 and No again on 12 April 2012. Only yes to long-term foster care at that time for as long as it suited them.
So at last family member had been put forward and they all had details just before all this in March and then we were called to that Urgent Court Hearing on 21 March 2012.
However we were in fact never, ever told that they had ask the foster carer about adoption and Special Guardian after we got family member put forward.

Following the positive Kinsip assessment on Family Members dated June 2012, which is already presented to the court, this Statement outlines the Local Authority’s plan for introducting and moving Child to the care of this Family.
Day to Day plan of Introductions.
Starting on 9 August 2012 and then planning Child move in permanently to their Care by 29 August 2012.
Day to day plan will be closely monitored and reviews. If at anytime it is felt that it is not meeting child’s needs, it will re-evaluated and changed.
However family got him by 20 August 2012 and only when he moved in could we be sure this was ever going to happen. I was still keeping on all August 2012, as I believe the sooner the better and not wait until the 29 August 2012, as like I said in Family courts on 8 August 2012, that as our Son would be back to School in September I did feel that it would be better to move as soon as possible. As it was decided in Family courts on 8 August 2012 and we were all, including My Son just desperate now to just get on with it and end this ” Nightmare.”

Are you interested in looking into my story? I survived an attempt on my life set up by a politician using a welfare office. I only just survived! Instead of the Police charging the hitmen I was thrown in a psych ward and told I was suffering from Paranoid Delusional Schizophrenia. Our premier resigned 9am the next morning, could just be a coincidence but interesting still. I believe that if the matter was investigated it would show that politicians are bumping people off so that they can collect their welfare payments but as no authority will even speak to me let alone return an email so I guess we are never going to know. I get the targeted individuals thing, I have experienced it for many years since the event.

I believe that I may be a targeted individual. It all started when I managed to survive an attempt on my life set up by a politician. Instead of the Police investigating and charging the hitmen I was thrown in a psych ward and told that the whole event was in my head. Interestingly our Premier resigned the next morning, don’t know if it’s related but big coincidence. I can prove it happened but have never been given the opportunity. Every attempt I make is thwarted in one way or another. I have written many emails to authorities and either they don’t get my messages or are too scared to look into it. I have tried calling to follow up my emails but as soon as I say my name they simply hang up on me. I don’t experience the ‘microwave’ or ‘electromagnetic stuff’ but the interference in my computer, work life and friends/associates constitutes a very familiar pattern. You don’t see it, can’t prove it but deep down you just sense it. There is something very wrong with this world and the people in charge. The most likely conclusion I can draw from my experience is that politicians are bumping people off so they can collect their welfare payments and when someone escapes the net they throw all their resources at you to stop you exposing them. My name is David Sharp and I did not die on Everest if you get the analogy.

I did notice in this Statement written by The social worker, Nicola slavin for court on the 2 August 2012 about My son moving across to family had a comment on it that she had contacted Dr. Latimer which was still My son’s Doctor at that time and she had also contacted Dr. Fernando at Yeovil Hospital.
So we saw Dr. Fernando in January 2012, just before adoption panel and this was August 2012.
They both said they didn’t need to see him at that time and I understand family member decided herself to change Doctors for My Son, as she didn’t want Dr. Latimer after meeting her a couple of times and so changed over with her own Doctor, but we never heard anything ever about Dr. Fernando again once My son moved in with family.
They did say within adoption paperwork that Dr. Fernando would be assessing him, but said verbally on the 23 January 2012 that he didn’t meet the full criteria.
That’s the only time just once I got involved and rang Dr. Latimer and she said that she didn’t need to see him over his toileting and just give it time and it wasn’t My worry now and family would deal with it and so I never did anything ever again, but in the end family member decided she had to go and see Dr. Latimer herself and then after a couple times getting nowhere, she then decided to move him over to her own Doctor and she has said that was the best thing for him and having a fresh start and new Doctor in life.
I decided to do the same around that same time and change from Dr. Latimer and get a new Doctor in November 2012.

Also as many say it is to do with money, as we are talking about over £400.00 Weekly in foster care and Trish was getting that sort of wage for 14 Months and her Agency were getting £975.00 Weekly. She said no outright to The Social worker, Nicola Salvin in March 2012 when ask about adoption and so The Social Worker ask her about Special Guardianship and then in April 2012, she said no to both and only foster care was going to bring in over £400.00 per Week.
What My family member had was not only a home and care for nothing, but a secure home for life on offer and yet they were still back at that time fighting and doing everything possible against this in his life.
I feel the money is far too much in foster care and the balance where money is concerned between foster care and family members is crazy, but as family and we said at that time all that we cared about was fighting and saving him at that time and doing what was really best for My Son and that was getting him out that system and giving him a secure future.

Afer being found fit to have my youngest son in a pre-birh assessment with my then partner I now find myself in a fight with social services over my 2 daughters to another partner. She walked out earlier this year taking my daughters with her and proceeded to inform social services that she had been living under my control. Her lies have grown over the months and social services are believing every word she says and will not listen to me at all. After spending 1 week in semi-independant living she decided she couldn’t cope and needed a break and gave the girls over to foster care. I am now in the middle of a battle to get them back.

I have been thinking now again about when I was first in Intensive Care back in April 2014.
One of The Doctor told me that they did wonder if it was gallbladder stones, but no it was kidney stones instead. no gallbladder stones, but all the system of gallbladder infection and upper right quadrant pain.
I was under The Gastroenterologist for abdomen pain and I had a enlarged spleen and when I went back into A & E that second time and My eyes had gone yellow they said that was jaundice and My liver.
It was only due to them saying it was kidney stones that I then was put under Urology.
When I was seeing My GP, Dr. Horsely after My operation and ask her to write down about infection I had that had just come back before My operation and results of that from The Hospital, I also ask her what she did think My pain was that I still had and she just wrote gallbladder and under Urology at the moment for further investigations and yet only now am I thinking that I wouldn’t be under Urology for gallbladder and that was support to be for Kidneys.
All My GP, Dr. Horsely said was that I had a fatty liver and that was found out from going into Hospital and wanted me to go on a diet, yet I went on to lose over 2 stones when taking Flucloxacillin 500 mg x 4 daily by My second course and after that by taking milk thistle, Livercare. That’s when most of that swelling when down and lost all that weight and it did help with pain.
However never talked about gallbladder with Dr. Horsely, as she said at that time Urology was dealing with it and wrote that down and yet when I had that appointment with Mr. Parker, Urology on 20 August 2014, he never said anything about gallbladder and that is when I had that chest x-ray and saw it all for Myself that day.

Dr. J Horsely, Yeovil health centre. Saying and writing down: Urine taking and send into Yeovil Hospital on: 29/5/2014 was posited for Leukoytes, nitrite and protein. Results came back following Week as ecoi.
Dr. J. Horsely Groin pain, I don’t know the cause and currently under Urology for investigations.
Abdominal Pain Heartburn or PPI, gallbladder, under Urology at present.
She had rang me before just after I came out of Yeovil hospital and when I had just had My operation in June 2014 and said that I didn’t need to see her and just deal with Urology, but she would be happy just to see me with any new health problems or new systems. I told her I have not got any new systems and only the same old problems and pain that had been going on a few Years now. However as I couldn’t get to see anyone within Urology at this time and then she rang me and said deal with them, I decided that I was going to see someone and so made an appointment with her on this day and ask her outright and recorded it all and then got her to write it down.
However she still didn’t want to talk about it after that day, but I put details away with other paperwork.
