If we take a patient say with a very bad leg and in pain. Then they have an operation, but still having problems and pain. However x-ray does show nothing and operation was a success. So patient gets discharged in the end from that Department. Then time goes by and patients leg is very bad again and tests find something is wrong and so another operation.

However if the first x-ray after the first operation was say only taken under the knee and patient was shown that x-ray and all clear, but the main problem was just above the knee all along, then does that not point to fact that it was a mistake the first time around and operation was not done correct and not really that patient went on to develop another problem within the leg.

It’s the same with me and I will still have pain and problems due to stones and infections and I could even end up in A & E again and turning yellow. I could even end up one day having another operation and having stones removed, but really it would be the very same complain that I first went into A & E with and Intensive Care back in April 2014 and really could have been done and over all within just one operation, but I had My operation under Urology for kidney stones by mistake and Mr. Foster, Urology just started that operation and took out My stent and started taking away some of My stones around the kidney area and then realised it was a mistake and so just did what he could, but never finished that operation.

This is why I have a Abdominal x-ray that was showing stones on the 20 August 2014 and then other x-rays and within other x-rays taken, like a kidney x-ray, well it will be clear, as Mr. Foster started that operation and has taking away some of the stones.

So if and when I ever have another operation for My gallbladder and gallstones, well it would be just the correct operation I should have had in the first place and these stones I am suffering with now all been removed and so it will never be two separate complaints and two separate conditions for treatment/operation or whatever in the future, but all the same that I first went into Intensive Care for in April 2014 and for now I am just living with it due to that mistake.

However it’s clear I had it many years before and it wasn’t picked up and then I started getting pain and swelling and infection from 2011 onwards and it still wasn’t picked up with Doctors.

Then I went into Intensive Care in April 2014 and had that operation with Mr. Foster on the 30 May 2014 and that was a mistake, but he took some of the stones away and on I go living with the same old problem and condition that I have been living with for years yet again.

I just hope that within all this messing about over covering up, that I don’t get more and more liver and gallbladder problems and infections until the day I am treated correctly in life, but until the day Doctors and Yeovil Hospital start acting sensible and stop playing games, then I can’t see that happening and so it’s no point ever waiting around for Professionals to do the correct thing in life.

Many People have been saying it’s the Management who cover for their staff and any complaints going and they do this any way possible. I knew what Mr. Foster, Urology was like and had met him and send him that letter and as for Linda Hann, PALS, well I had been trying to deal with her for Months and she said that she never had My letter. So for me the main Person in all this was Paul Mears, Chief Executive at Yeovil Hospital and talking it out and given him that chance and opportunity to deal with My complain correctly.

I never met Edward Colgan, Chief Executive, Somerset NHS Partnership and only received his stupid letters over My Complain within post.

I have been talking to People and also Professionals who are concerned about what is going on and that it’s very poor in Somerset on Transparent and openness. Some Professionals are out in the open about what goes on and others have real concerns, but I wouldn’t name them, as I find it very hard in all that is going on, but if I give My word to any Professional, then I am not going to name them or involve them and can just be so pleased and thankful that we have some Professionals who are still working along within all this, but are not really happy and have spoken to Myself and others, as they are the Professionals we need more of and they give their own time in trying to talk and help without payment, but just want changes and know something wrong is going on within all this in life. So anyway it’s going on everywhere, but Somerset I have been told is bad for this and I can say how after My experience, that I have to agree.

The worry is that as Patients we need Management to not cover for their staff and we need more Transparent and openness and The Management are letting this mistakes and bad treatment go on and then just covering-up and so patients and their families are wasting their time with them and we really can’t believe anything that they say and so we can’t trust them and so if their staff know Management will cover for them, then they are not going to worry that much about making another mistake and that is putting more patients at risk, as complaints should be done and looked into and really learn from in life and not all this rubbish about we want to learn from mistakes and learn lessons and never really do that at all, as we only learn lessons in life when we suffer for our mistakes and nobody here is suffering except for us as Patients or us as Parents in life and they just think due to Management and The Government that anything goes and that they can just get away with it all.

We need to bear in mind that if we have had or still suffer mental health problems or if any of our loved ones suffer mental health problems, then these Professionals will try and use that for their own advantage in life and that is something that has been going on for many years within the passed, but it does still go on today.

I have been dealing with everything Myself and on My own in Person so far, but for many People it would be better to have someone with them when in meetings or dealing with such Professionals and that Person needs to be someone we get and trust ourselves and not someone they so call get in to support us and really working with them. Also we need to record all conversations we have within Meetings.

Then we have that evidence that it is in fact their lack of communication and them as Professionals within all this that have the problems and not us as Patients just trying to be heard and standing up for our rights and ourselves in life, but just surrounded by corruption and cover-up’s.

Someone was looking into Medication I was last on with Dr. Mann and going over with me at Christmas and they said Propranolol is for the heart. I wasn’t given it or taking it back at that time for My heart, but put on it for anxiety and panic attacks only. Nobody ever said anything about My heart and only ones did they pick up on My heart beat at Summerlands Hospital within a routine test done and I was told to have it done again with Dr. Latimer, but she said it was alright and nothing to worry about and that was the end of that. So Propranolol was taken mainly for panic attacks. I was suffering lots of panic attacks back at that time, but since stopping medication I don’t have any ever again, but still just got the anxiety. A couple times they did think it was My heart and then said it was a anxiety attack or panel attack instead and everything I ever suffer was just always put down to stress and nothing more wrong with me at all and I was healthy apart from mental health.
However that life scan was going on about burse blood vessels within the heart area and so something now about My heart has been going on since I went into Yeovil Hospital in 2014.
Then BMI Heathcare were also on about My heart in 2014.
Also The Nurse in Yeovil Hospital after My operation said there were some concerns about My heart at that time for a while.
I suppose everything has taken it out of me over these last few years and then swelling up and infections everywhere like I had within sepsis doesn’t help and such stress and mental torment as well.
I just can’t understand why My Doctor just didn’t tell me when I came out of Yeovil Hospital and so much messing about over it all.

If we had more like they have been saying on television and the news and that’s more Consultants and Doctors and Hospitals are now going to say ” sorry” for any mistakes made from the very start or as soon as possible, then we wouldn’t have all this mess going on. When I went to that meeting on the 11 December 2014 at Yeovil Hospital, Mr. Foster, Urology was saying it wasn’t just him and that Urology work as a team when I was talking, but he was the main one who done that operation. Mr. Foster said that the secretary wasn’t just his Secretary and they are a team and she was just Secretary for everyone, but like I said when we ring up and ask her if she is Mr. Fosters Secretary, then she does say yes and it is written down that she is Mr. Fosters Secretary. Also I had a phone call from another Secretary and she said she was Mr. Parker’s Secretary and so they don’t all come under one Secretary. Mr. Foster Secretary said she would be talking to Mr. Foster after I rang her on the 28 May 2014. Then I got phone call from Dr. Das on Thursday 29 May 2014 and he said that My operation could now be done that very next day with Mr. Foster.

As for after that operation it was Mr. Fosters Secretary I was ringing first of all and most of the time, then I rang just Urology and then had phone calls back from Urology Department and then spoke to both Mr. Foster Secretary and then just after that Mr. Parkers Secretary who in the end booked that appointment for out-patients with Mr. Parker, Urology, which was on the 20 August 2014.

Mr. Foster said a couple of time that we work as a team and its not about just him within all this and saying he didn’t know that My operation was booked for the 20 June 2014 and that it was changed to then having it on the 30 May 2014 and that I had rang his Secretary on the 28 May 2014. Linda Hann, PALS said usually the Secretaries are very good and we will need to talk to her and that when Mr. Foster said we work as a team and she is not just My Secretary, so I said well if that’s the case, then why has Mr. Parker got another Secretary, as he is your team under Urology as well and so that didn’t make any sense.

However all Mr. Foster ever had to do in the very first place was just say after that operation that he had taken away stones around My kidney area and so I wouldn’t then get anymore kidney injury due to stones and he had taken out My Stent and fitted another one, but My problem was gallstones and gallbladder and as he was Urology, then he couldn’t do that operation and so I would have to go on and have further treatment and operation for the correct condition I always had in the first place and what they first found back in Intensive Care in April 2014. He just had to say fact that it was a mistake and never Kidney stones, but as he found that out within My operation and had taking some stones away around My kidney area and so as far as he was concerned, as under Urology he had done his job. Just say ” Sorry” and admit mistakes from the start and then as a Patient I wouldn’t have ever complaint about Yeovil Hospital.

Its not about that mistake in the very first place, but about My lack of care and bad treatment and suffering due to all this and fact nobody could be honest about what had gone on within Yeovil Hospital.

Paul Mears is very mixed up, as within meeting they said it was all over and Mr. Foster said it was a success and all Paul Mears and Linda Hann, PALS were going to do was look into complaints I was making and that is written down and on recording. It only all changed at that very last minute after Paul Mears read what My Doctor had written back in July 2014 about heartburn and on PPI and about gallbladder.

However when seeing My GP, Dr. Horsely in September 2014, she said that she didn’t know of anything wrong with me and had not had time to read Dr. Latimer’s notes or all Hospital notes and on that day she just took details what I took it from Life Scan and The BMI Healthcare.

Then I went on to request notes from both My Doctors and Yeovil Hospital and paid them £50.00 each, so £100.00. Within that Dr. Horsely has written that she doesn’t know of anything wrong with me within our last appointment and of course I only had a fatty liver due to being fat and told to go on a diet.

I made it clear that Dr. Horsely had already told me about infections I had again just before that operation I had on the 30 May 2014 and I did notice that written down within notes and her saying how I made her write that down. However I never told anyone or put any comment or anything about the fact that Dr. Horsely had also written about My pain and gallbladder and getting her to write that down as well and My Doctors never put anything about that in My medical notes, but Paul Mears did take notice of it just at the end of that meeting on the 11 December 2014. So that was just something I was keeping to Myself and it turned out to be very important and much more important then I did ever realise for Months on end.

I have it all on tape of that meeting with Paul Mears and Linda Hann, PALS and nothing at all was said then about anymore operations or anymore treatment and all that was said was that Linda Hann, Pals would be at My next Urology appointment in February 2015. That is when she put her hand on mine and said we are ” Sorry” and now we want to look into these complaint and learn from them all and would it help if I came to your next Urology appointment next February 2015.

Then I went on about My pain and Mr. Foster said he didn’t know what it was and I ask him why I had lose 2 stone after taking penicillin and Linda said to him did he know why that could have happen and he said no he didn’t and then I said about infections that why and fact I was still in pain after My operation and it was the very same pain I had before I was even in Intensive Care back in April 2014, but he couldn’t answer and stopped talking and instead just moving his head for that no answer.

Then I had gone over all My complaint and they couldn’t understand why one of The Nurses had said it was some mistake and also what I was told in that x-ray Department after My operation and about something being found on that x-ray before I did leave Hospital, when no Consultant or Doctor could come and see me before discharged. So on we went and just all these complaints before looked into and nothing about anything now being wrong with me, but then everything changed after Paul Mears read what My Doctor had written just at the end of our conversation.

So why didn’t Paul Mears, Linda Hann, PALS or Mr. Foster, Urology tell me within that meeting on the 11 December 2014 and why did we spend over an hour within a farce, as his letter dated the 22 December 2014 has nothing at al to do with what we spoke about.

However Paul Mears and Linda Hann, PALS are suppose to be looking into it all and really they al knew even before that meeting on the 11 December 2014 and just like My Doctors have all known and all of them since My operation on the 30 May 2014.

Yet Paul Mears and Linda Hann, PALS were just going to carry on yet again within that meeting, but afterwards had a change of plan and now writing about other treatment and operations that we never said a word about within meeting. Also writing that i have kidney stones when i first went into A & E, when i was send home and told food poisoning.

I am saying this is all very odd and Paul Mears is saying it The Doctors, it’s her Doctors over and over again and it was him getting all stressed out by the end of our conversation and not Myself, as he said he wasn’t pleased himself with My Doctors after what he read in My paperwork.

I suppose he is on about confusion over passed tests and operation that I had, as we never talked about anymore and that is what they are suppose to be looking into and all that confusion over that in the passed and nothing about any future, as all I have booked is an out-patients appointment in Urology next February 2015 and Linda Hann, PALS said she would come to that is I wanted. So on leaving it is just next that Urology appointment in February 2015, but Mr. Foster has already said everything was alright in that meeting with Paul Mears and Linda Hann, PALS and so i’m not sure why we are having another Urology appointment when they all know I never had kidney stones in the first place.

If they can find that x-ray that I saw on the 20 August 2014, then maybe Paul Mears and Linda Hann, PALS can then write what is really wrong with me and that would be most helpful. Someone said when Mr. Foster was showing me one x-ray and then another x-ray and saying is this the one you saw on the 20 August 2014, that it should have been dated anyway, but I didn’t see any dates, as he just held it in front My face quickly and said is this the x-ray you saw and as it wasn’t I just said lets disagree on that one and move on, as it was no point him flashing one x-ray after the other like some sort of guessing game, as they should know what x-rays they are doing and taking and he shouldn’t need to ask me. It’s much like when Dr. Mann, Psychiatrist put that 1992 book under My face and shown me the word muti-personally and i’m getting a bit sick of Professionals trying to pull the wool over My eyes and then going on to try and make out due to mental health problems it is me who lacks understanding and communication in life and I need help and support, as I can understand corruption very well now and I don’t need or want anyone looking after me and only want to sort My health out, as in all this mess that has been going on and if I have or had anyone looking after me, well I wouldn’t turn to any of these lot that have all acting more crazy then I ever was in life.

My Sons Dad took me into A & E on the 3 May 2014 and he spoke to a Professionals after they told me a bad case of food poisoning and they said also to him its something that I had eaten and so he said Paul Mears has got that wrong to start with.

I had been to London on a Protest over “forced adoption” and had been outside Courts and with others all day and talking to People. I had stayed with another Parent for a couple days and went by Coach.

It took hours coming back and I did eat when I got home, which was later then normal and was feeling full and in pain afterwards and went to bed and woke in the early hours in pain and sick and the pain was unbearable and so went into A & E.

I told them everything and they said as I had been away it was most likely something I had eating and food poisoning and I told The Doctor who was treating me that I had also been sick like this in November 2013 as well, but this time it was much worst and that’s why I had to come in and he said, well its maybe fish you have eaten while in London, as it is very bad, but should get better in a few days and just go home and see it out i’m afraid and you should be better within a few days.

As I wasn’t that is the reason why I went and told them at Yeovil Health Centre on Monday 7 April 2014 and they gave me acid medication.

Then back to A & E on Wednesday 9 April 2014. They then did realise it wasn’t food poisoning and all this is what Paul Mears and Linda Hann, PALS were suppose to be looking into and yet within his letter it is clear that he has not done that and going on about I was send home and sometimes they do that when patients have kidney stones and so My Sons Dad said what is the matter with this Paul Mears, as he doesn’t know what he is talking about and it is so easy for anyone to find that out, as we have it written down from A & E Department.

I mean My sons Dad took me into A & E on the 3 April 2014.

I said to the Doctor that I saw at Yeovil Health Centre on Monday 7 April 2014, that I went into A & E on Thursday 3 April 2014 and they said it was food poisoning, but I am still feeling very ill and sick and I don’t think it is food poisoning and I said about My stomach and it feels like it was going to burse and she said that she didn’t think it was food poisoning either and gave me acid medication that I had been on before in the passed with them and also Dr. Latimer and that PPI medication.

Been going over that recording with someone and looking into Paul Mears letter, dated the 22 December.

Within that meeting with Paul Mears, Chief Executive of Yeovil Hospital on the 11 December 2014, which was also with Linda Hann, PALS and Mr. Foster, Urology.

Paul Mears is the first talking on tape and he has My complaint letter in full in front of him and he does say better then go over all this complaint step by step, maybe we should just talk about it all instead, as we could run out of time.

Within My complaint letter, which I send Paul Mears a copy and he had before him in that meeting and spoke about within that recording:

Went into A & E very sick and unwell. Told it could be something I had eating and it would take a few days before I would start to feel better and so needed to just go home and see it out. Please look into this.

22 December 2014

May I firstly offer you My sincere apologies that you were send home from Emergency Department but then had to return. There are occasions when it is appropriate to send patients home who are suffering from kidney stones. I am sorry that things did not resolve for you as we had expected.

Going over everything with other is showing that it is Paul Mears, Chief Executive of Yeovil Hospital who having communication problems and not myself and that does show within his actions and letter dated the 22 December 2014.

Many other things I have as evidenced and that is why I now need someone to look into everything for me and someone who is not Corrupt and someone who is really helping me in life, as Patients shouldn’t be treated like this when mistakes get made and things go wrong within Yeovil Hospital.

The Bosses say it is not true that they are not Transparent and open with Patients, but the evidenced does show that many patients are correct in that when something goes wrong and mistakes are made, that it is these Bosses who in fact cover-up and are not honest within our health and both Paul Mears and Linda Hann have proven to be very poor within all this, as I still have Linda Hann, PALS letter, saying she couldn’t find My letter I had written to Mr. Foster back in June 2014, yet within that meeting on the 11 December 2014, Mr. Foster is saying he did pass My letter on to Linda Hann and she said no you didn’t and so it’s Management at Yeovil Hospital.

The Bosses are saying that they are Transparent and open with patients at Yeovil Hospital.

I still have request for x-ray cards. I took some to that meeting on the 11 December 2014 and they were looking at them. I one given one when I saw Dr. M. Khawaja, Trust Grade Urologist for that Flexible cystoscopy and remove right JJ stent under local anaesthetic. He gave me a x-ray card and said I would see Mr. Parker in 4-6 Weeks with update on kidney x-ray. So I had this done and saw Dr. M. Khawaja on the 1 July 2014. This was first time seeing someone after My operation, but he didn’t talk about that and just did that Flexible cystoscopy and told me Mr. Parker would see me in out-patients and I would get a letter in about 4 Weeks time with appointment and before I see him take x-ray care and have x-ray done.

Well I didn’t do it and just did keep the card and when I saw Mr. Parker, urology on the 20 August 2014 and after talking with him, he then gave me a card to have My x-ray, as I didn’t bring my other card with me and so never had that x-ray just before. So then on the 20 August 2014, I had a abdominal x-ray instead of just a right kidney x-ray.

Then as well as being given a x-ray card that day on the 1 July 2014, I was also send a x-ray card, as I was waiting and waiting to see Mr. Parker and 4 Weeks when by and so I rang Mr. Fosters Secretary and she said I had missed my appointment and now didn’t need to come in and they had send an x-ray card out and would only call me in if needed to see me and I said not good enough, as I need a follow-up and never saw anyone on leaving Yeovil Hospital and so now have been waiting and waiting and I never got no letter with appointment.

Next minute Mr. Parkers Secretary rang and said don’t know what happen to that post, but now if you want an appointment, i’m afraid Mr. Parker is booked up until the 20 August 2014 and so I took that appointment.

So by this time I had been given a x-ray card in Person and send an x-ray card in the post and as well as that I was sent another different one, which was just cut in half and had a code on it, but didn’t say what the x-ray was for, but I could use it myself as open x-rays from July 2014 until July 2015 and didn’t need to see anyone.

Then after seeing Mr. Parker and having that x-ray afterwards, I was then send yet another x-ray card in the post.

After My operation on the 30 May 2014, I was given an abdominal x-ray. However I didn’t see that one myself, like I did on the 20 August 2014.

So in some x-rays I have had abdominal and in some just right kidney and then I still got that one that has a code on it and doesn’t say what it is for, dated July 2014-July 2015.
