So due to all this going on and when I had my Flexible cystoscopy on Tuesday 1 July 2014, by Dr M. Khawaja and remove right JJ stent which had been fitted again just after that operation on the 30 May 2014, well he has just written in notes: Problem, treated right upper ureteric stone within my operation and then about me going on to have a up to date x-ray of kidney.

I said to them at the time that I had a x-ray after my operation on the 30 May 2014, but nobody wanted to talk about that x-ray and just said take this card and have this kidney x-ray instead before I saw Mr. Parker. But I never took it and ended up having that abdominal x-ray again instead which I saw myself this time around. I understand it all now, as it was only abdominal scans that I was having within Intensive Care back in Yeovil Hospital that first time around in April 2014.

So really now all Yeovil Hospital and urology Department only wanted to show me x-rays of my right kidney and I was never suppose to yet know anything about what was on that abdominal x-ray and fact I still have all those stones, but gallstones and bile duct instead.

Dr. M. Khawaja, urology was nice to me on the 1 July 2014 and I ask him for a copy of what was done by himself and within that operation, as I told him Mr. Foster had never given me any copy of letter to my Doctor. He said that he would do this, as even now Mr. foster is still telling me he didn’t ever have to write a letter to My Doctors or anything after he done my operation and so I never had that from him and within our meeting on the 11 December 2014, he said again that he didn’t have to write anything afterwards about it and so I was pleased when Dr. M. Khawaja did it that day. However I already was suffering from infections again and that all started before having this stent taking out and I went on suffering infection and was very bad until I had penicillin on the 19 August 2014 and then lost 2 stone.

Nobody wanted to talk about infection, as they just wanted to give me penicillin, but for another problem so called and nothing to do with this successful operation I was suppose to have had and so called no stones anymore, but that was just within a kidney x-ray and so now it is clear that all my infections were my liver and gallbladder and then chest and all area when I really still had stones and where the real problem was and still is today. I understand now what with having this and that operation, why I went on suffering infections and am still at risk from bile duck obstruction again and have so much pain and its horrible to think nobody was going to tell me or help me with that in life and all making out I had it all done all this time.

Its mental torment to any patients, as I knew something was wrong and it took me Months and Months of suffering finding out truth for myself.

Quell surprise the FTT found my request VEXATIOUS.
this was related to 15 vexatious decision in one day from the loons at the ICO

I had that x-ray as well in A & E on the Thursday 3 April 2014 and they said both blood and x-ray were clear and so due to it was food poisoning I could just go and yet when I had My operation on the 30 May 2014 and she was talking to me about a lot of mistakes had been made lately and I wasn’t the only one. Then she said that she wish they would take more time and care in the first place and then they wouldn’t have this going on all the time and most of her time now was taking doing x-rays due to mistakes been made. I ask her about My x-ray that was taken when I first went into A & E that time and she said that she would look it up and then said yes I had a x-ray and really they should have picked it up on my first visit to A & E, but that x-ray wasn’t very clear and lots of gas and not very good due to fact she has patients laying down and takes her time and in A & E, they push you in for x-ray in a chair to save time and get you out more quickly and so don’t always take very good x-rays, as we really need to be laying flat.
Someone that has been going over my complaint and Paul Mears letter said that it’s not just about that operation like I did believe and its about A & E as well and all that mess that went on for 6 days between My Doctors at Yeovil Health Centre and Yeovil Hospital, as My blood was still normal on Thursday 3 April 2014.

There are many things that they are covering-up and yet some genuine staff had already told me a lot, but I just didn’t put everything together at that time, as didn’t think it went on and just believe it was within The Care Proceedings and Family Courts and didn’t think for a moment when in Hospital and all this was being said of just how bad they would go on acting after that and so I wish now I had it out with someone before leaving about what that Nurse said about a mistake and something wrong with x-ray and then what also was said in x-ray, but I was just waiting on Saturday for Mr. Parker who never came, as I believe he would tell me everything. So I had good reason to worry and really it was only that few staff who were genuine and they are made to cover-up in life for fear of losing their jobs if asked by Managers and that’s not fair on them who care more in life.

on Saturday 31 May 2014 I was told I would see Mr. Parker, Urology. Dr. Das had said to me after My operation on Friday 30 May that Mr. Parker would come and explain everything to me on that Saturday. When Saturday came I waited and waited. The Nurse said in the end that she didn’t know why Dr. Das said that, as Mr. Parker wasn’t there and no Consultants work at Weekends and so I asked to see another Doctor before discharge. She said that she couldn’t get any Doctor to come and see me and then I still stayed until the Afternoon and said I couldn’t get anyone to come and pick me up until that Afternoon. She came in and said you have to go and I can’t get a Doctor to come and see you. then she said just phone Urology that following Week if I was concerned or had any questions and just take My medication I have taken in myself from bedside draw and leave.

In my medical notes it does say that Nurse spoke to Doctor and was told I could leave.

In My complain letter which Paul Mears had in front of him at The Meeting on the 11 December 2014, I’m asking within that what didn’t any consultant or any Doctor come to see me and I was told Mr. Parker would be coming on and then told Consultants didn’t work at Weekends, so was Mr. Parker at work on that Saturday or not and why didn’t any Doctor come and see me before discharge.

We also discussed the fact that there not a doctor available when you were a patients on the Kingston Wing, who could explain the operation that had been carried out. I fully appreciate that this has caused you considerable anxiety and again I would offer you my sincere apologies. Linda will meet with the matron of the Kingston Wing to ensure that this does not happen again.

Paul Mears, Chief Executive at Yeovil Hospital is not looking into anything and he is avoiding answering any direct questions and he is not doing anything that is within My complaint letter or within that conversation we had at the meeting on the 11 December 2014 at Yeovil Hospital of which I have recorded. So this all goes on for Months on end with everyone possible trying to avoid seeing or talking with me and that all stated from the day I was discharge from Hospital on the 31 May 2014 and Mr. Parker didn’t come and no Doctor would come and then My own GP, Dr. Horsely, Yeovil Health Centre does ring up and said no need to come and see her unless I have any new problems and something different and for this just deal with Yeovil Hospital and Urology. Then I am waiting and waiting to see someone still to talk at last about this operation I had on the 30 May 2014. Then in the end I do see Mr. Parker on the 20 August 2014 in out-patients.

Now after all this time I see Paul Mears, Chief Executive of Yeovil Hospital and he writes on the 22 December 2014 of which is just a cover-up and I think the main mistake in all this is the fact that after my operation no Doctors came and saw me after discharge and explained anything to me, but instead just explained it all to my GP. That’s why in the end when I did see her and was keeping on and got her to write it down for me in July 2014, that is because she knew everything after my operation and that’s why she rang, saying don’t come in and just deal with Yeovil Hospital.

Yeovil District Hospital branded one of the worst in transparent reporting. BOSSES REFUTE THE CLAIM. Well we can really put all our trust and faith in both Linda Hann, PALS and Paul Mears, Chief Executive of Yeovil Hospital where transparency and openness is concerned.

I now Name & shame both Linda Hann, PALS and Paul Mears, Chief Executive of Yeovil Hospital.

I gave some paperwork to a Doctor I got in touch with over Christmas, as I can’t read much hand written paperwork or pick it all out.
Before My operation with Mr. Foster, Urology on the 30 May 2014, well Mr. Foster came to me and we talked and he said he was taking away all my right side of Kidney stones and he said I will try and do it all today, but you may have to come back again and its a lot to do and along way up, but i’m going to try and do it all in one go.

Then I had operation and afterwards Dr. Daz and Nurses were back on The Kingston Wing with me and I said did operation go alright and they said we think so. Then I said what about that water infection. Then The Nurse went out the room and Dr. Daz said stop going on about water infections all the time and its just a dip test and this is where the problem is and he put his hand just under my right breast and push down.

Then Dr. Daz said Mr. Parker, Urology will come and explain everything to you on Saturday Morning.

Then I had that x-ray that Evening and she said that they ask her to see if all the stone was taking away. Then she was saying about I wasn’t the only one that they had made mistakes with.

Then The Nurse said the next day that Mr. Parker wasn’t working and Consultants didn’t work Weekends and she couldn’t get any Doctor to see me and so just leave. She gave me discharge papers and they were already written by Dr. Daz the day before on the 30 May 2014, as I know he doesn’t work Weekends anyway, but I wasn’t given papers until leaving and it was written by Dr. Das.

I sent this to that Solicitor I had at the time, Deborah Wagstaff. I also send her paperwork about what I had from my first visit into Intensive Care and Ward 9b, but she never said anything about what was written all gave me any feedback on any paperwork I send her.

However this Doctor has read it for me and it just does say and what it did mean and Paul Mears also ask to see that as I had it on me at that meeting on the 11 December 2014 and so as well as reading what my Doctor had wrote he also read what was written and giving to me after that operation, but he didn’t say anything. On showing it to him I was on about infections and that my medication that the Doctor had given me the day before wasn’t written down and he just said no they wouldn’t need to do that, but he never said about what operation was in fact written down on that discharge papers in hand writing that I didn’t even understand at the time and as I have now been told by a Doctor and so I had all the evidenced from the start that I never had all that right calculus taken away, but I had nobody could was reading my paperwork and helping me and any good Doctor or Solicitor fighting for me would have looked it to all that back at that time.

When told to just leave on that Saturday 31 May 2014 and that one nice Nurse, saying I think they have made a mistake and then coming back to me and saying they want you out and that they don’t act like that usually, but its due to mistake and then she said something wasn’t right and found on my x-ray. I was the one telling her that someone would tell me if a mistake had been made and so it is clear what was going on and why no Doctor came to see me in the end.

But then due to nobody coming to see me and being treated so badly, I then contacted a Solicitor and then I wrote to Mr. Foster and a copy of his letter when to Linda Hann, PALS.

Then on the 1 July when seeing Dr. M Khawaja, Urologist after Linda Hann, PALS knowing about my letter and after I now have a Solicitor, he is very nice to me and gives me a card for an kidney x-ray and says Mr. Parker will see me in x-ray in around 4 Weeks time and I should take that x-ray card and have that done first of all before appointment.

However didn’t get to see Mr. Parker until the 20 August 2014. Then last saw My Doctor in September 2014. Then done away with my Solicitor.

Linda Hann, PALS had said on phone before that she never had my letter and I didn’t need to see her if I had a Solicitor and my Solicitor was saying I didn’t need to see her or have my medical notes and wanting to just hurry up and get it over. Even when I decided to leave her she was then saying I would get a big bill until I had that out with her.

Yet that Solicitor was’nt working or fighting for me and it was only when I wrote about I think a mistake was made over that operation is August 2014, that she wrote back and said that Dr. Latimer has now got a Solicitor and that they were going to get it all over within Weeks, as all medical notes were coming over to her and just wait and stay with her. Yet it was only when first of all I said about taking recording to the press that she wrote and said don’t do that and next when I wrote that I had worked out some mistake had been made and then she wrote about Dr. Latimer had a Solicitor. Yet she had that paperwork I had send her and never made comment about any of it and I would tell her about that letter I wrote to Mr. Foster and all that torment I was suffering I was going through with My Doctors in Yeovil Health Centre I have now and also Yeovil Hospital and she had contacted them all for medical notes and yet she was only interested in Doctor Latimer. My Sons Dad was pleased and said just go for it over her with that Solicitor, but something didn’t add up at all over all that in the end and them wanting to get it over so quickly.

Maybe when they try and do such Corruption to another Patient, then they will make sure they have better communication between Doctors at Yeovil Health Centre and Yeovil Hospital, as all they both have cared about within all this is themselves and proven that they will do anything against any patients to protect them and their Practise or Hospital.

Hopefully they will learn a lesson and treat Patients better who have suffered so much in 2015, but I don’t hold by breath, as going by both letters now from My Doctors at Yeovil Health Centre and Yeovil Hospital dated on the 22 December 2014, well anyone can see that its like some sort of disease they suffer with and they just can’t stop trying to take patients in and working around their next silly games in trying to cover themselves and after all this time and Months and Months on end its about time they realised all this carry on doesn’t washed with me anymore and they are all just showing themselves up, as everyone I am in contact with has been working them out now for Months and everywhere I go now People are asking me and talking about how discussing they have all acted.

Now Paul Mears has joined in and show himself up within Corruption and we have to think is he now the last Profession to act like a Clown or are anymore Professionals going to carry on acting stupid and still go on covering-up in 2015.

Here we go in 2015 and My New Years Resolutions are to make these Bastards answer to all what they have done and I will get Justice one way or another whatever it takes. I don’t usually swear, but its just what they all are at the end of the day.

Written a letter to Paul Mears, Chief Executive of Yeovil Hospital and thanked him for his letter, dated the 22 December 2014. I enclosed my complaint letter yet again and wrote that I didn’t feel that he had read it that well. When others now read my complaint letter of any paperwork, they can pick up on all these things and yet we have these Professionals, like Paul Mears who can’t seen to notice all this and it is so clear when really looked into in life.

Going by the revelations about “kiddy fiddling” by high up people, we need an independent public enquiry chaired by somebody from another country…Auatralia,Bahamas perhaps?
