Dave, What is your denial based on? Do you think for one minute that those in power wouldn’t do this? What if it IS true? Have you seen Sevens 10 hours youtube presentation of dec 2014?

Having a operation to remove stone and ending up having an operation to treat stones is two different things, as within that stones fragmentation with come down into the kidneys and out the stent. Then a kidney x-ray or both kidney x-rays will be clear, but the large stones still in place and of which will all show within the abdominal x-ray.

So after treatment can check everything is alright and remove stent and take x-ray of kidney/kidneys, but the real problem will still be there and really that is because the operation was a mistake in the first place and so treatment to go on a bit longer living with the same condition until time came went more treatment and operations would be carried out in the future.

I’m not a Doctor, so can’t explain it all how it should be explained, but then nobody came and saw me after that operation on the 30 May 2014 to explain it all to me and then over the Months nobody has really explained it and then even within that meeting on the 11 December 2014 at Yeovil Hospital, Mr Foster still didn’t really explain it and just showed me the kidney x-rays and where I have no stones and like he said that he didn’t have to write anything himself about my operation.

If everything had been explained to me back at the time, then it would have made sense to me as to why I still had blood in some tests and still had infections afterwards, as the problem was never removed and I still have it today.

So I go in to have the right side removed and all taken away and talk about it with Mr. Foster before that operation and leave with it only ever been treated and fragmentation from kidneys coming away from stent.

So been in same pain ever since and still on-going.

Hospital medical notes, April 2014.

Handwriting that I couldn’t read says, sepsis, liver and gallbladder. IV antibiotics on 9 April 2014 within Intensive Care, acute cholecystitis, bill sepsis, severe pancreatitis. Epigastric pain. Large spleen.

10 April 2014 – Platelets remain very low, only 7, no active bleeding, not to replace unless bleeds.
urine dipped, leukocytes +++, protein +, blood ++++.
blood bilinibin.

11 April 2014 – ( No evidence of TTP).

12 April 2014 – E. coli cultured in blood, sensitive to Tazocin in preliminary testing. Recommendations to continue with Tazocin.

Then since operation I went on to have Flucloxacillin and that’s the one that abdominal swelling went down and I lost 2 stone, but only by taking a second course and then I also got myself some milk thistle, as told it was good, but I didn’t realise back then in August 2014, that I had never had stones removed.

It’s been like a puzzle for months on end, but answers were there all the time and I have suffered due to Professional mistakes and nobody could be honest with me about it all and all involved have acted crazy yet again within cover-up’s.

I’m blending my food now and not eating solid food and decided that after Christmas and New Year, as it’s no good me ending up in A & E again or Intensive Care yet again due to fact I never had correct operation and mess since and so I am looking after myself, as it’s such a silly carry on that goes on when they can’t admit mistakes.

It’s all very well Linda Hann, PALS and Paul Mears at last having that meeting on the 11 December 2014 and saying how they want to learn from mistakes, but we still were not getting to any truth and as for looking into it all, well if Paul Mears letter, dated the 22 December 2014 is anything to go by, then he needs to read that complaint letter I send a copy of to him yet again and if needed hear that recording of meeting on the 11 December 2014.

I’m sick of these Managers now, as like someone said to be it all about money, targets and ratings with Managers and they don’t care at all about our health and they are just there covering-up and not interested in really looking into anything other then making out there are in life and holding a farce of a meeting and sending out such post that anyone can read is covering-up yet again.

My sons Dad took me into A & E that first time and so he does know all about that over food poisoning and me being send home, as I was shouting out in pain and they gave me Morphine and that did help with terrible stomach pain.
Then I went to Yeovil Health Centre on My own on that Monday 7 April 2014 after that visit on Thursday 3 April 2014 to A & E.
Then by Wednesday 9 April 2014, I had almost giving up and so weak and he dressed me and got me back into A & E, as I couldn’t even dress myself and had gone yellow.

They even said in A & E on Wednesday 9 April 2014, that it was a good job I came back and they were nice who I had and saw that second time around, but since I have spend 10 days in Hospital and Intensive Care which staff do work hard and then going on into Ward 9B, as I was under Dr. Gotto and then returning for that operation under Mr. Foster, Urology at Yeovil Hospital and that was a terrible experience and mess of my health continuing on, well these bosses and my Doctors and all that have been involved since then have been treating it like some sort of joke and all acting like clowns and it’s enough to make anyone angry with them all in life.

It is disgusting how officialdom treats individuals in this country

Within Meeting with Paul Mears, Chief Executive at Yeovil Hospital on the 11 December 2014. It is written clear on page 3 about my first visit to A & E. Page 5, is about when I was taken for ultrasound and also CT Scan. It was then that I heard the word kidney stones for the very first time in my life.

I’m asking all this to be looked into within my complaint letter that Paul Mears has in front of him.

Then on talking about it I said that I remembered a Woman coming in and she said that she worked for Mr. Foster and she said about kidney stones and operation to take it away. Then Mr. Foster said she doesn’t just work for him and they are a team and so I said that I was only saying what she said and that’s I work for Mr. Foster. Then he’s going on again about it’s not just about him and that all of them as a team make decisions.

I went down for that ultrasound when I was in Intensive Care. He went to explain to me and I said that I could remember from when expecting and it was all much the same and going over my stomach. We found it so easy as soon as he started and he said looks like large kidneys stones to both the nurse and Myself and that’s the first time I ever heard it. Then back on ward they said a CT Scan and that had to be looked into and then it was decided for sure it was kidney stones and that I had to have all the right side taken away in an operation.

So then Mr. Foster is showing me this x-ray at that meeting on the 11 December 2014 and saying the operation was a success, but it was not a success at all and those x-rays he was showing me were both under where I still have my stones and within that abdominal x-ray taken and not any kidney x-rays.

Then I get Paul Mears, Chief Executive from Yeovil Hospital now writing on the 22 December 2014, saying sorry A & E send you home first time and sometime that does happen when suffering with kidney stones.

So it is very clear that Paul Mears not only has eyesight problems, as it was all written down in my complain letter in from of him, but he also has earing problems as well, as we talked about it on my tape recording within a conversation for over an hour and Linda Hann, PALS was writing some of it down.

It is clear to me that I first when into A & E and told food poisoning. Then went back and all written notes that I never did have until I requested Hospital Medical Notes and so that is all clear now. Then that Doctor saying to me that they first did think it was gallstones, but it’s kidneys stones when he spoke to me in Intensive Care, so I was just asking to have it looked into, as to why they then decided it was kidney stones and I went under Urology.

Nobody wants to answer these questions and that is what these Bosses are suppose to do and so if we have suffered all this for Months and Months on end and then at last have a Meeting with Managers and they have a complain letter in front of them both and it’s all on recording and they still don’t look into it all and try and cover-up yet again, then that is prove that these Bosses are not at all Transparent or open at all within Yeovil Hospital and are covering-up.

Paul Mears ask me when I first sat down what I wanted from that meeting on the 11 December 2014 and I told him that I was given them the chance and opportunity to look into all this and that is why I wanted Paul Mears there, as I had already had dealings with both Mr. Foster, Urology and Linda Hann, PALS.

Then within that same meeting on the 11 December 2014. Bosses ask me what I did think could be better. I said that I did think it is most important that Patients have an out-patients appointment booked on leaving Intensive Care and Hospital that first time around and I would have liked an Urology out-patients appointment booked on leaving and not just back to GP until that operation in which I was there talking about Months and Months later with Paul Mears, chief Executive of Yeovil Hospital.

I always knew from leaving Yeovil Hospital after that operation on that Saturday 31 May 2014, that something wasn’t right and things that were said and how everyone had acted. Suffering for almost 8 Months due to their mistakes and yet covering-up for them is far more important these days then Patients health and lives.

This Country is unbelievable now, as it’s all about money, yet so much money is being wasted within all this and so it’s like a penny wise and a pound foolish at the end of the day.

I had been on about My health since March 2011. I had been to Doctors and was concerned all that time. Then I went to A & E and then I went to Yeovil Health Centre, then back to A & E. I had done everything possible myself in trying to find out what was wrong in the first place for a few Years back since 2011 and also over that time before ending up in Intensive Care in April 2014.

Then after all that and Intensive Care I go on and have a mistake of an operation and told to just leave Yeovil Hospital the next day and not see a Doctor, so the mess is still going on and so I don’t want to hear about The Conservative Government and money, as all I can see and have suffered has been so much money wasted and done no good at all and never needed to happen in the first place with correct care and treatment in life.

Then all they want to do is go on covering-up and try and use mental health within all that and just hope to get away with such bad behaviour in life for this fear of ever telling the truth and saying sorry and admitting any mistakes made and so what is going on in this Country is so discussing now and it just can’t go on being run like this after May 2015.

Someone has got back to me now who I spoke to back a few Month’s ago, as he had concerned about crohn’s disease. He said at time due to fact that I was such an open person, he did feel that he could talk to me all about it and said at the time he was now going to look into some private assessments.
It’s all about inflammatory and infections and so much the same and swelling due to that and he spoke to me at the time and many people get upset over living with such a condition, but like he said finding out and getting the truth and answers and correct diagnosis is most important in life.
I have not suffered with crohn’s disease, but there is a link between disorders and so that was interesting in learning. I notice in my medical notes that I was on medication for IBS for some time Years ago with Dr. Latimer. Then I was also on stomach cramp medication as well years ago, but then I had a family history of acid and stomach problems on my Grandmothers side of the family.

Gastrointestinal disorders can be both a combination of Physical and Psychological factors. However it’s real suffering and can lead to real disease. I believe that, as it’s in my family and many suffered from stomach problems, but my uncle got worst after having his house broken into and I got worst when tormented within The Care Proceedings.

How do the Government think it will help anyone with any Psychological problems by tormenting them out their minds within Corrupt Care Proceedings and Children also crying out from inside to be heard and so they also suffer Psychological torment.

How does it help now knowing what has been done to me yet again within my health and realising that any Psychological problems will be just only used for their own advantage over all this and not in fact in anyway in really helping me. Also as for the Physical illness, well nothing has been done in helping that since I came out of Intensive Care in April 2014, as all they cared about for Months on end and still do care about is covering-up. Also My Physical illness is now more important, as all that time was wasted messing about over My mental health within The Care Proceedings in the first place and really due to that My Physical health got put to one side and no notice taken over that in life and so now that’s more of a concern for me.

So what do we do in life when the very people that are suppose to be looking after us, are in fact the very same that are the problem in life and they are the biggest problem we have within any passed suffering now come across in life.

Someone said that I have now messed about with these Professionals for too long and on reading Paul mears, Chief Executives letter, it would be better if I got another Person to contact him directly and ask him all these questions instead of Myself.

I wrote in my complaint letter that I would give them until the end of January 2015 for all this to be looked into, as that gave them 3 Months from writing that complain. However at the Meeting on the 11 December 2014 with both Paul Mears and Linda Hann, PALS, they said how they had not done anything yet, but were looking into it all after that Meeting. Then I got Letter, dated the 22 December 2014 from Paul Mear, Chief Executive of Yeovil Hospital.

I’m was not going to say anything about it all and just give them that time until the end of January 2015, but then that letter came from Paul Mears and so maybe it would be better if I could get someone to talk with him.
